I created album art for The Avett Brothers. I wanted to convey the type of music the band plays as well as include lively colors to enforce the live music atmosphere. The brothers play a multitude of instruments but the bango and acoustic guitar are signature to the band. This album was recorded in Austin, Texas - home of the Texas Longhorns, which is why the handlettered words are burnt orange.
